Why Train During The Season?
Games expose your strengths. Training fixes your weaknesses.

Team practice is designed to prepare the entire offense. Quarterback development is different.

Most quarterbacks only get a limited number of quality throws, individualized coaching, and football IQ instruction during team practice. That’s why one focused development session each week can make such a difference over the course of a season.

At AiM QB Academy, every Sunday is built to help quarterbacks:
-
Improve accuracy and consistency
-
Maintain sound throwing mechanics
-
Build confidence under pressure
-
Develop football IQ and decision-making
-
Learn from game film and apply corrections
-
Prepare for the next game with purpose

Development doesn’t stop because the season starts. That’s when it matters most.
One Day. One Purpose. Better Quarterbacks.
Your team practices to win games. We develop quarterbacks to lead them.

Every Sunday is an opportunity to improve so you’re more prepared, more confident, and more consistent when game day arrives.

- Correct mistakes from the previous game
- Sharpen mechanics before bad habits develop
- Improve decision-making through film study
- Stay confident throughout the season
- Prepare for the next game
