Q: Who is this program for?

A: QB Ascend is built for rising 8th–12th grade quarterbacks who are committed to improving during the offseason. Whether you're aiming to win the starting job or preparing for college-level competition, this program meets you where you are and challenges you to level up.

Q: Can I do this program if I play another sport or have team workouts?

A: Yes. The calendar is built for flexibility. We’ll help adjust the weekly workload around your schedule — whether that’s 7-on-7, school workouts, or another sport. Consistency is key, but we work with multi-sport athletes all the time.

Q: What equipment will I need?

A: You’ll need:

  • Football & cleats

  • Resistance bands and access to light dumbbells (8–25 lbs)

  • Access to a field and basic gym space (home, garage, or school)
    Optional: foam roller, massage ball, agility ladder

Q: How much time will this program take each week?

A: About 8–10 hours per week, including:

  • 2 QB sessions (60–75 mins each)

  • 3–4 strength & mobility workouts (45–60 mins each)

  • 1–2 film study sessions (30–45 mins each)

Q: What if I miss a session?

A: Life happens. Every athlete will get a printable calendar, weekly checklist, and digital coaching prompts to stay on track. You’ll always know how to adjust and catch up if needed.

Q: Is this just for advanced QBs?

A: Not at all. QB Ascend is structured to build elite habits from the ground up. Whether you're a varsity starter or a rising 8th grader with raw talent, the program scales to your experience level with clear progressions.

Q: Is there a nutrition or meal plan included?

A: Yes. We provide a full athlete-approved meal plan including:

  • Daily calorie and macro goals (age/weight-specific)

  • Meal examples for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

  • Grocery lists, prep tips, and hydration goals

  • Safe supplements (with parental approval)
